Who we are
London Property Clearances has been clearing residential and commercial properties across London and the home counties since 1999. In that time we've completed over 25,000 jobs — from single-room studio clearances to full estate and probate clearances spanning multiple properties.
We employ our own crews directly. We don't use subcontractors or day-labour. That means the same experienced team turns up every time, and we're fully accountable for everything that leaves the property.
We're part of the Spire Group, which gives us the infrastructure to handle large, complex and time-sensitive clearances that smaller operators can't manage.

Every loadA waste transfer note is issued for every load we remove. This is a legal requirement and forms part of the duty of care chain. You'll need it for probate records, deposit disputes and any future query about how the waste was disposed of.

Photo reports
We photograph the property before and after every clearance. Useful for probate records, deposit disputes and insurance claims.
Reuse before disposal
Furniture and items in good condition are offered to charities and reuse organisations before anything goes to the tip. We document what's diverted.
Employed crew
Our crews are directly employed, not subcontracted. The same experienced team handles your job from start to finish.
