When you submit a quote request through our website, we collect: your name, phone number, email address, postcode, property details (clearance type, size, access), preferred date, and any additional details you choose to provide. We do not collect payment card details through this form.
Why we collect it
We use your data solely to respond to your quote request, arrange and carry out the clearance, and send you relevant paperwork such as your waste transfer note. We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Quote enquiries are kept for up to 12 months. If you become a customer, we retain job records (including your contact details and waste transfer documentation) for 7 years in line with our legal obligations as a licensed waste carrier.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, object to processing, and request a copy in a portable format.
